These Terms govern your use of GPS for Life, including the text messages we send to people who ask for them.

These Terms govern your use of GPS for Life (the “Service”), available at gpsforlife.ai. The Service is provided by Lola and Veranda, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GPS for Life is a career and college planning tool for high school students.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users in grades 9–12 and their parents, guardians and educators. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the information you provide.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access other users’ accounts, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. SMS / text messaging terms

  • Program: GPS for Life account texts.
  • What we send: replies to messages you send us. We reply only to a message you send and never text you first. No marketing messages.
  • Consent: you opt in by asking for a code in your signed-in account and texting that code to us from your own phone. That message is the opt-in. Consent is not a condition of using the Service.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies, because it depends on how often you text us.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and the phone is disconnected from your account. To use it again, connect the phone from your account — we do not turn it back on from a text message, because a text alone cannot prove it is you.
  • Help: reply HELP or email [email protected].
  • Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.

The Service provides guidance only and does not guarantee admission, employment or any particular outcome. It is provided “as is.”

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
