Request deletion of your data
This is how to request deletion of a GPS for Life account and its data. GPS for Life is made by Lola and Veranda, Inc.
- WHO CAN ASKA student, a parent or guardian, or the student's school.
- WHAT HAPPENSWe'll email you to confirm the request before we delete anything.Within 30 days of your confirmation, we tell you what we deleted and anything we have to keep, and why.
- WHAT IS DELETEDThe student's account and the data in GPS for Life tied to it.Some records we may have to keep, such as which school staff opened the student's record and when. If so, we tell you which and why.
- WHAT ISN'TRecords the school keeps in its own systems are the school's.Deleted data can remain in backup copies of our database until those copies are removed.
