- Mobile phone number: if you choose to provide it for text messages.
- Information you enter: your interests, goals and planning activity within the Service.
- Technical information: basic device and usage data needed to run and secure the Service.
How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, verify your identity, answer the questions you send us, and respond to support requests.
Text messaging
If you opt in, we use your mobile number to reply to questions you text us. We reply only to a message you send and never text you first. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts (for example, Twilio), solely to send those messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, under confidentiality obligations; with a student’s school, where the school has partnered with us; or when required by law.
Students and minors
The Service is designed for high school students. Users under 18 need permission from a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians may contact us to review or delete their child’s information.
Data retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
