WHAT IT IS
Every student gets an AI Twin that reads their record as one life, notices patterns, brings vetted opportunities, and shows real college prices for their family. Counselors see who needs them this week. The Twin never replaces a counselor; it points students back to one.
WHY NOW
Connecticut, New Jersey and New York now tie financial-aid filing to graduation or require it of every senior; Massachusetts publishes district completion rates. Sources verified September 2026.
WHAT IT ASKS OF US
A roster export (student ID, grade, school), which most districts already produce. No new data entry for staff. A counseling lead as pilot sponsor.
WHAT IT COSTS
Pricing on request, per student per year, paid by the school. Families never pay. Foundation funding may be available for districts that can't budget it.
THE PILOT
One semester in one or two high schools, grades 11–12, starting in aid-filing season. Measured against our own prior-year baseline: aid completions and documented waivers first; deadlines met and counselor hours saved second.
STUDENT DATA
The district chooses where data lives: hosted, its own database and keys, its own cloud, or its own hardware. Each role sees only what it should, enforced by the database. Adults see patterns and deadlines, never what a student typed. Never sold, never advertised against, never used to train an AI model. If the pilot ends, records are not deleted.
